International Language House was founded in 2006 as a dispatch English in Yokohama, Japan. ILH now has a bilingual kindergarten, bilingual preschool, 2 bilingual licensed nurseries, and over 150 dispatch clients in Kanagawa, Tokyo, Saitama and Chiba areas.
